Clue 1 - help with last increase round

I don't understand the last increase round.

Can someone clarify if my translation is correct? I'm confused by these many brackets? 🫣

My translation is as:

Sizes 2:

K1 (AND ONLY ONCE - so only one round) then increase 1 (M1), knit 37 stitches.. and repeat this 13 times? The Next bracket doesn't make any sense to me so I skipped it.

So in total it is 14times (k1, increase, k37) and I should reach the BOR and should have168 stiches in total... ??? Or K1, 13(M1, K13) or K0, 13(M1, K13) ???

All the other patterns I had so far always had the repeats before the stiches. I always try to multiply the brackets but k1×0 is nothing.. so I'm totally confused.

Unfortunately this part is not explained in the video 😒
