Hello, I know a little bit about cleansing but would love some help! My gut health is not great. I have bad acid reflux for many years now matter how much or little I eat. I am trying probiotics and I have these flora digestion capsules but just started so not sure if im noticing a difference yet. I do have pumpkin seeds but dont eat them as much as I should. I know this could be due to parasites. What would you recommend ? I tried to use black walnut capsules but took them with activated charcoal capsules and made my stomach worse for a couple months. I had sharp pains by my gallbladder but took an Ultrasound and it was fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !
