It’s time to make sure you have everything on hand before we dive into the purge. Preparing your supplies ahead of time will make the process smooth and stress-free. Downloadable Shopping List (easy checklist to follow) Prep Products Ahead so you’re not scrambling later Optional Amazon Link – You can use our Amazon store to grab the exact products we’ve used personally. But there’s no pressure feel free to find similar items locally or online. The main thing is: choose non-GMO and organic whenever possible. Shopping List📋 - Fulvic Minerals – supports detox pathways, hydration, electrolytes, and metal binding. - Black Walnut & Wormwood tincture – antiparasitic combo. - Cloves – kills parasite eggs. - Castor oil (capsules and oil) – gentle bowel mover, helps expel parasites can be used as a carrier oil as well. - Pumpkin seeds – natural antiparasitic food. 🔬 Biofilm & Candida Breakthrough Tools Parasites and Candida hide under a sticky layer called biofilm (often loaded with heavy metals). To succeed, we must break through this shield. - CandidaStat (recommended) – combines antifungals and biofilm disruptors. - Systemic enzymes (Serrapeptase, Nattokinase, Lumbrokinase) – dissolve sticky biofilm layers. - N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) – thins mucus-like biofilm, boosts glutathione. - Garlic extract (Allicin) – antifungal + antiparasitic. - Oregano oil – antifungal, antibacterial, supports Candida control. ⚡ Binders (to catch toxins once biofilm breaks) Binders are essential after biofilm disruption to grab the debris, metals, and parasite waste. - Zeolite - Bentonite clay - Activated charcoal - Chlorella 🍎 Food Items to Stock Up On These are the parasite-fighting foods to keep your kitchen stocked. They make shopping easy and support a parasite-free environment. - Vegetables: leafy greens, broccoli, cabbage, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, cucumbers, celery. - Herbs & Roots: garlic, ginger, turmeric, rosemary, cilantro, parsley. - Fruits: yellow dragon fruit, green apples (whole, not juice), lemon, lime, pomegranate. - Healthy fats: coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, avocado. - Fiber: psyllium husk, chia seeds, flaxseed. - Fermented foods (unsweetened): sauerkraut, kimchi, coconut kefir. - Proteins: pasture-raised eggs, optional grass-fed meats, legumes (if tolerated).

- Head into the classroom. - Your lessons are organized into modules that unlock over time so you won’t get overwhelmed with too much at once. - Each class builds on the last, guiding you step by step through the journey. - Follow along at your own pace, but try to stay in rhythm so you’re fully prepared when it’s time for the purge. Step 5: Time to Get Into the Modules & Start Learning
Step 1: Pick Your Full Moon Schedule
The very first step is to choose your Full Moon Schedule. 🌕 Option 1 – Group Schedule If you’d like to participate as part of our guided group, our first Full Moon Schedule will begin in January 2026. Together, we’ll follow a structured plan that flows through each phase from January through June (see details below). 🌕 Option 2 – Personal Start Date If you’d rather, you can begin your Full Moon Cycle at any time that feels right for you. You don’t have to start with the group. You’ll still be able to join the group discussions and community conversations. You might just be at a different point in your journey, which is perfectly okay we’ll still be sharing many of the same experiences. Important Note on Terrain Preparation We’ve condensed terrain preparation into January only for the group schedule. That gives you one month to get your body ready. However, most people will need more time to fully prepare, and it’s not a bad idea to start acclimating your body today. The earlier you begin, the more smoothly your detox process will unfold. From the first day you start in this course, your classrooms will begin opening up to you, and they will continue unlocking on a schedule going forward. Make sure you’re logging into Skool every single day for: - Conversation updates - Graphics and resources - Community discussions - Classroom updates Group Schedule: January–June 2026 ✅ January – Terrain Preparation We start by preparing the body. This month is about opening detox pathways, building mineral reserves, and getting ready for the first purge. ✅ February – First Parasite Purge Aligned with the February full moon, we’ll go through a 10-day guided cleanse. This is where you begin releasing invaders while supporting the body with minerals, binders, and nourishing foods. ✅ March – Second Parasite Purge The next full moon cycle strengthens the cleanse. Here we go deeper into parasite removal and layer in additional detox practices for deeper results. ✅ April – Rest & Integration

This step plugs you into our Human Parasite Purge School Community (SKOOL) so you never miss updates, lessons, or support. Do this now (2–3 minutes) - Log in / Create your SKOOL account. - Join the “Human Parasite Purge” community. - Download the SKOOL app on iOS or Android. - Turn ON notifications: push + email. - Follow/subscribe to: Announcements, Classroom, Events/Calls. 📲 How to set notifications (quick) - Open SKOOL → Settings → Notifications - Toggle Push and Email to ON - In Communities → Human Parasite Purge, tap Follow on Announcements & Classroom - (Optional) Set a daily digest time that works for you Get familiar with SKOOL (our classroom) Inside our school, Human Parasite Purge by Healing Beyond Pharmaceuticals, you’ll see several tabs at the top: - All Discussions → view everything in one place. - Educational → our How-to Guides + Step-by-Step lessons (start here if you ever feel lost). - Common Discussion Group → the main community feed where we’ll spend most of our time sharing progress, asking questions, and supporting one another. - Gross Pictures → YES, we dedicated a separate space just for parasite + poop pictures. This way, those who want to see them can, and those who don’t won’t have to. Take a minute to click through each tab so you know where things live it’ll make your experience smoother. Healing is not just about following a protocol it’s about tracking your journey, engaging with the community, following your body’s signals and natural intuition, and of course staying consistent. This step ensures you’re getting the most out of our classroom. 📖 Track Your Progress - Use the provided journals, trackers, and checklists to record your experience. - Pay attention to your sleep, digestion, energy levels, and emotional shifts. These are important signals that your body is moving through change. - Reflect at the end of each week on what’s improving and where you may still feel challenged. 💬 Engage in Community Conversations - Log into Skool every single day for group discussions and updates. - Share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from others who are walking a similar path. - Remember, everyone’s journey looks a little different. Some may be ahead of you, some behind, but we’re all working toward the same goal. 📅 Watch for Classroom Updates - New lessons, graphics, and tools will unlock on a schedule as you move forward. - Be consistent with checking in so you never miss important resources or live discussions. - Stay open and flexible sometimes your body’s pace won’t match the calendar exactly, and that’s okay. 🧩 Why This Step Matters Tracking and connecting keep you motivated, accountable, and aware of your progress.
