  • Use the provided journals, trackers, and checklists to record your experience.
  • Pay attention to your sleep, digestion, energy levels, and emotional shifts. These are important signals that your body is moving through change.
  • Reflect at the end of each week on what’s improving and where you may still feel challenged.
💬 Engage in Community Conversations
  • Log into Skool every single day for group discussions and updates.
  • Share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from others who are walking a similar path.
  • Remember, everyone’s journey looks a little different. Some may be ahead of you, some behind, but we’re all working toward the same goal.
