General Partner (GP)
A General Partner in a real estate syndication is a sponsor. Think of them as a CEO/ manager. They do all of the ground work to make sure their team sees returns. They find the investment property. They put the deal together and create a business plan. They bring together investors’ capital. They execute the day-to-day tasks. They keep everyone updated and answer any questions. They exit (sell) the property and distribute the funds amongst the team.

Syndication
Syndication is an investment method used by GPs/ LPs to acquire large commercial real estate. The GP (general partner) is the sponsor who manages the investment property’s performance. The LPs (limited partners) are the investors who fund the project up to $50k +, and retain equity. Financing a large commercial real estate project would otherwise be unattainable for a single investor.

The best advise i can give myself or any other person. Is keep going no matter how hard it feels or what is going on, No one is coming to the rescue so keep going. It is easy to keep going when things are going well, but when things are not going the way you want, that's when you have to dig in deeper. So no matter what you have on your plate, keep going.

The 14-Week Journey
Now let me give you the big picture — because I want you to understand exactly where you are going and why every single week of this program was built the way it was built. Week Two is Networking as Connection — we are going to completely reframe how you think about meeting people, because networking is not pitching. Week Three is your Avatar Deep Dive — we get crystal clear on exactly who your ideal investor is, how they think, what they fear, and what language moves them. From there, Weeks Four through Six are about building your foundation as a communicator. Finding your unique value. Crafting an elevator pitch that actually connects. And building the kind of credibility that makes investors lean in before you even get to the deal. Weeks Seven through Nine are where we go deeper. Storytelling that moves capital. Conviction and investor psychology — understanding what investors are really listening for beneath the surface of what you're saying. And then feedback and growth — because the ability to receive and implement feedback without ego is one of the most underrated skills in this entire industry. Then we get to the milestone presentations — and this is where the program becomes real. Week Ten is your Live Mock Deal Pitch. You will deliver a 5 to 7 minute deal pitch to a live invited audience. Not a rehearsal. Not a dry run. A live presentation with real feedback in the room.
