Are you Good Enough?
If you’re like most of us, there’s a critical voice in the back of your head that loves to whisper: “Nope. Not yet.”
And honestly… most human beings spend a lot of time chasing accomplishments and approval—just to prove (or validate) our worthiness.
But yoga is kind of built for calling that out.
Because the practice keeps pointing us back to something simple and uncomfortable (for the mind):You are worthy because YOU ARE.
