Is this overkill… or exactly what you need? 👀 - #SpringResetSprint 02
Quick question for y’all because I’m building with you, not just for you… Inside the YAM Mockup Studio, the system generates 3 versions of your product mockup automatically: - Square (perfect for IG feed) - Portrait (Reels, TikTok, Pinterest) - Landscape (YouTube, banners, websites) But now I’m thinking… 👉 Is this actually helpful… or doing too much? Like be honest: When you’re creating content, do you actually need all 3 sizes…or are you mainly using just one? I'm asking because I could keep it the way it is or simply layer in a drop down menu that allows the user to choose which format they want instead. Excited to hear your thoughts. 🫶🏽 Whit 📊 What are your thoughts?

Spring Reset Sprint Check-In: I’m Participating Too 🤗
Psst... I’m not just hosting this Spring Reset Sprint…I’m in it with you. Same focus. Same intention. Same “we’re not playing small this quarter” energy. So while we’re locked in from April 7 → June 7… I’ve been tightening my own systems and testing new ways to create faster without overthinking. One of those? Flow AI. — Instead of asking: “what should I film today?” I’ve been asking: “what do I want to generate?” And using Flow to bring it to life. I just dropped a walkthrough showing how I’m going from: image → video → usable content Inside, I break down: • How I prompt for realistic movement (not that stiff AI look) • How I control format (vertical for socials / horizontal for YouTube) • How I generate multiple versions so I’m not stuck with one output • How I’m using this for faceless content + scale Because during this sprint…we’re not just posting. We’re building systems that post for us. — Also added a new classroom module where I’ll be stacking more of these tutorials (you’ll see the Flow training inside already 👀) I’m thinking of expanding this into image prompt packs + workflows too so it becomes plug-and-play. — If you’re participating in the sprint: this is your reminder… Let’s lock in 🤎Whit P.S. I added a few examples of my outputs from Flow AI below—what do you think? 👀

I said I was doing the Spring Reset Sprint too… here’s proof 👀 - #SpringResetSprint 01
Remember when I said we were doing this Spring Reset Sprint together (April 7 → June 7)? I meant it. I’m in this WITH you. Over the last 23 hours, I gave myself a wild challenge: How many builds OF VALUE can I publish in 23 hours from Lovable? Not perfectly optimized. Not everything polished. But a LOT was built. A LOT was tested. A LOT was learned. And that’s the point. One of the builds I’m actually really proud of: 👉 YAMS Mockup Studio This build didn’t just come from “an idea” It came from: → a module inside YAMS → a prompt stack I created → something that already SOLD And now… it’s an actual app! That’s the shift I want y’all to see: This is what we’re doing in here. Not just prompts. Not just ideas. We’re turning logic into: → tools → experiences → things people can USE (and pay for) Over the next few weeks, you’re going to see me: → building in real time → posting more frequently → breaking down how these tools actually work → showing what’s hitting (and what’s not) Not polished. Not perfect. If you’ve been sitting on an idea, a prompt, or something half-finished… This is your sign to turn it into something REAL. We’re not overthinking this sprint. We’re executing. PS: I added an example of what YAMS Mockup Studio creates… what do you think? 👀 Excited to see what you create 👀 🫶🏽 Whit

Turning photos into video with Flow Ai
In my last post, I teased an image to video output from Flow. I saw a few of you asking for the how-to so I've attached a quick tutorial below. And the best part? You can control: - Movement (subtle, cinematic, dramatic… whatever fits your brand) - Format (vertical for socials, horizontal for YouTube) - Multiple outputs (so you’re not stuck with one version) So instead of: “what should I film today?” It becomes: “what content do I want to generate?” In the video, I show you: - How I go from image → video - How I prompt Flow for realistic movement - How I’m using this for faceless content + scale Note: There's a NEW Module in the classroom that will list all image-to-video tutorials -Whit 🫶🏽
🚀 You Asked for It… So Here It Is: The Lovable Builder Challenge
A few of you asked for a beginner-friendly Lovable training, so I wanted to make sure I created something that actually walks you through it step by step without making it feel confusing or overwhelming. So I just dropped a brand new module inside the classroom called: The Lovable Builder Challenge This challenge is designed to help you go from: “I’m confused about how this works” to “Wait… I actually built something.” I wanted to make this fun, practical, and easy to follow as you build — not just a bunch of information thrown at you. Inside the challenge, I walk you through the full process step by step: • what Lovable actually is • how to think about your build before you start • how to write stronger prompts without wasting credits • how to generate your first build • how to customize it and make it better • how to publish it • how to improve it over time And to make it even easier, I also included a few bonus mega Lovable prompts you can use, test, and customize for your own ideas 👀 So if you’ve been wanting to try Lovable but didn’t know where to start, this is for you. 🎉 There’s Also a Surprise Waiting for You Once you complete the challenge and publish your build, there’s a little surprise waiting for you at the end. And yes… you’ll definitely want to grab it. 🎥 I’m Also Planning a Walkthrough I’m going to do a walkthrough where I build something and show the process in real time. QUESTION: Before I record it, I wanted to ask: Would you rather join me for a live build session, or would a regular YouTube walkthrough be better for you?
