Sciatic Nerve Pain
Does anyone have any recommendations for sciatic nerve? I’ve been icing & using a heating pad off & on. I’ve been to the chiropractor & have another appointment for next week, but looking to see if anyone has recommendations for some stretches or exercises I could try to help relieve some of this pain. I know this is part of pregnancy but I still have 8 weeks to go with baby girl! I am in so much pain!
