Vulnerability post! It’s not easy to share your day 1 for many reasons. I am so far from where I want to be but I share this because it’s not realistic to expect to be perfect all the time. However, it’s important to realize that the only way to improve is to develop a plan and follow it. I can see how far I’ve come in 75 days even when it might not feel like huge changes in the day to day. Share your day 1 photos if you feel comfortable.
