Waivers, financial agreements, Trademarks

Has anyone used a legal service to create or approve waivers, service agreements and/or financial agreements? And has anyone trademarked a logo or anything else? I contacted an attorney Cate interviewed, Cory Sterling, and he quoted me over $5,000 to send me waivers, privacy policies, disclaimers, and a few other things, and another $3,000+ to trademark a logo. I also reached out to a local legal firm, and they said it may only cost me a few hundred dollars if I already have a template that they can make any needed adjustments.
