How to transition my small group to one year model
On my first call with coming back into this community I explained that I had recently enrolled two women into a 12 week course. She suggested that I gift them access for the year to continue on with me – I think in order to have some kind of community in the pot while I continue working on enrolling other people. A couple of questions have come up for me in regards to this recently, and I would love any feedback.
  1. At what point should I mention to them this idea of continuing and gifting them a one year opportunity? Right now we are on week five, just for reference.
  2. Would it be a better idea to offer them continuing on for the rest of the year at a discounted rate? If so, how much? For reference… They both enrolled for $1297 for the 12 weeks and I am planning on selling my one year for 3000 to the next few people I enroll and then upping it to 5000.
  3. (not a question, but I couldn’t figure out how to turn the bullet point off )In a previous call, one of the ladies mentioned that having made a 12 week commitment to herself through this course was monumental for her because in the past, she had not been able to commit to anything. She has made huge strides already and I know that she would benefit greatly from the one year, but I also worry that from her comment about 12 weeks being a huge commitment that 12 months might be a scary thought for her.
