Looking back, I’d say things started shifting for me in my mid-40s… But it wasn’t obvious at first. It happened slowly. I didn’t wake up one day feeling totally different— I just gradually stopped feeling like myself… and I didn’t know why. My energy changed. My body changed. And what used to work… stopped working. Now at 51, I understand it so much more. What I didn’t realize then is this: 👉 It’s not just one hormone. It’s a shift happening across multiple systems— estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, insulin, cortisol. And they don’t just decline… 👉 They fluctuate. 💜 You’re not crazy for feeling this way.
