Hey everyone 💜 This community was built on something I believe deeply. Women over 40 deserve better than generic advice and quick fixes. And that will never change. Wellness has truly become one of my greatest passions and sharing it with other women brings me so much joy. I've loved this Skool community but I've found that the most meaningful connections happen one on one and through social media and that's where I'm choosing to focus my energy going forward. I'm closing this group but I'm absolutely not stepping away. I know what it feels like to be lost, to not recognize yourself, and to wonder if feeling good is even possible anymore. I found my way back through strength training, learning to nourish my body, and shifting my mindset. I lost 55 pounds, built real muscle, and gained a confidence I never expected. But more than the number on the scale, I finally felt like myself again. That journey is exactly why I'm so passionate about helping other women feel healthy, strong, and confident in this season of life. Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here 🤍 Thrive+40 is a supportive space for women over 40 who want to feel strong, steady, and confident again. You don’t need to be perfect or “on track” to be here. You just need to start where you are. WHY THRIVE+40 EXISTS Thrive+40 was created because women over 40 were never meant to fight their bodies. Understanding Your Body Beyond the Basics
I’ve been learning more about functional health testing lately and it’s been really insightful. I recently did some testing through Function Health, and it gave a deeper look at what’s going on inside the body — things like hormones, insulin, metabolic health, inflammation, thyroid function, nutrients/vitamins, and even cholesterol markers — so decisions can be more personalized instead of just guessing. I’ve seen how helpful this can be not just for me, but for a lot of women. It’s really about understanding your body on a deeper level instead of just following general advice. Curious — have you ever looked into this or done any kind of testing?

💪 Something I Never Thought I’d Do…
Chin-ups were always a goal of mine… but for years, I couldn’t do even one. Last year, at 50, I finally did it. Actually… I did 2. Now?👉 I can do 4. No extreme plan—just consistency over time. I’m sharing this because it’s easy to think, “maybe I can’t do that…”But you can get stronger. At any age. What’s a physical goal you’ve always wanted to achieve? 👇 💜
