Hey everyone 💜 This community was built on something I believe deeply. Women over 40 deserve better than generic advice and quick fixes. And that will never change. Wellness has truly become one of my greatest passions and sharing it with other women brings me so much joy. I've loved this Skool community but I've found that the most meaningful connections happen one on one and through social media and that's where I'm choosing to focus my energy going forward. I'm closing this group but I'm absolutely not stepping away. I know what it feels like to be lost, to not recognize yourself, and to wonder if feeling good is even possible anymore. I found my way back through strength training, learning to nourish my body, and shifting my mindset. I lost 55 pounds, built real muscle, and gained a confidence I never expected. But more than the number on the scale, I finally felt like myself again. That journey is exactly why I'm so passionate about helping other women feel healthy, strong, and confident in this season of life.
