Celebrating Tracy Fisher 💕
Ladies, I just wanted to share some incredible news that @Tracy Fisher wrote in a post, but you may not have seen. Firstly, I'd like to highlight the courage, patience, determination, dedication and effort that Tracy has poured into herself in regaining health. She completed the Liver & Gallbladder Cleanse a few weeks back and had INCREDIBLE results 🥳 She removed around 600 gallstones!!!!! Please join me in congratulating Tracy on taking this monumental leap forward in taking back control of her health💕💪 Here is what she had to say about her experience: "So, I have now successfully completed my first liver cleanse. Having read and reread the course a number of times I was amazed how much I’d missed. One of which was the colon tea not releasing there was colon tea and liver tea so do make sure you check all the ingredients needed and order in plenty of time before you start the programme. Day 1-5 was very easy, I found the malic acid easy to drink and decanted this into two 500ml bottles. However sipping it regularly aiming to finish the first bottle by midday and the second by 4pm I found I kept getting side tracked. Eventually I set a desk timer to keep reminding me to sip it. The Colon tea certainly started to get things moving every morning! I went shopping on Friday and made sure I had enough nice fruit and vegetables. I was well prepared for Saturday was actually quite busy all day, and followed the plan. Another message to Sam as I’d missed the Epson salts being divided into four with two on day 6 and the final two on day 7. Thanks as ever to @Sam Pollock for her unending support. The Epson salts wasn’t particularly pleasant but drinkable. The enema guide was brilliant, I’ve never had one of these before but it was very easy and painless. I drank the drink and went to bed. I took the full 8 capsules. My night wasn’t fantastic and my sleep was on and off. By the early hours I felt very nauseous. I kept talking to myself and reminding myself it was to be expected and just tried to relax. I’d set an alarm for 6am for the next round of Epsom salts. I’d taken a flask os boiling water to bed and was very thirsty so sipped this now warm water before the Epsom salts which didn’t taste great. I needed the bathroom. Quite excited when I found close to 50 stones! Final round of salts completed. From then on I had ten trips to the bathroom. One of which I got caught slightly short and had a minor accident not realising I actually needed to go. I was astounded as each trip had similar amount of stones ranging from the tiny tiny to about 1cm bright green! As the afternoon went on there were a few tan coloured but i estimate there was about 580-600 in total. I had no idea and never expected such a result. A lengthy call with Sam after reading all the course details and I’ve planned my next cleanse in for next month. I’m truly inspired and excited for the next chapter committed to cleaning all the junk and toxins out of my body."
