@Julia White asked some great questions, I thought I'd pop them in the main feed here, as it may help some of you who have similar questions... " I am starting my first liver cleanse on Tuesday and have a c few questions I’d be grateful for you to answer: Do I continue to drink my lemon water with Celtic salt first thing, or does the liver tea replace this? Do I stop my daily morning shot of aloe Vera? You said to stop supplements during the cleanse, does this include my probiotic? Finally, can I please order the kidney tea from you? 😍 xx". My Answers: Firstly, congratulations for taking this step in cleansing this vital organ, there just isn't enough emphasis on internal organ cleansing in my opinion, so pleased you're doing this πŸ₯³ - You can continue with the lemon & salt water no problem. After that you can have the liver tea. But, you can skip the lemon water and have the tea first thing, it's really your choice and depends on how early you wake up. When I do it, I'm awake at 5am, I'd have lemon water, meditate and then have the liver tea about 30 mins after. - The Aloe Vera can continue too, but it's not essential for the cleanse process nor will it interfere with it. - I recommend putting all oral pill form supplements to one side during the cleanse. Just makes life a little easier for the liver and kidneys during the process. - I can order the kidney herbs no problem x

Is Apple Cider Vinegar Good For You?
@Haleemah Abdul asked: "I wanted to ask about Apple Cider Vinegar- best way & time to have it, as i heard it can cause oesophagus and stomach burning, and definitely don't want this 🀭" My answer: Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been used by generations of women to help them lose weight, despite the lack of scientific evidence. There are several rat and mouse studies that suggest it helps to reduce cravings and can even improve cholesterol levels. But at last, in 2017, a meta-analysis (a review of all the published studies) was published that suggested vinegar/ACV benefits humans too: β€˜Results suggest that consuming vinegar (about 1 – 2 tablespoons) with a meal can reduce postprandial glucose and insulin responses in both healthy participants and those with insulin resistance or diabetes’ (Shishehbor 2017). And in 2021 the authors of another meta-analysis wrote: β€˜We found that ACV consumption significantly decreased serum total cholesterol, fasting plasma glucose and HbA1c concentrations’ (Hadi 2021). In clinical practice people commonly report that it helps to reduce sugar cravings and they feel less bloated after eating. ACV contains malic acid and it is the malic acid that has both anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. We are often asked if drinking ACV is harmful to tooth enamel. The answer is that as long as you’re only ever having it with meals, either on your salad or diluted in water, it’s fine. I have never known anyone to suffer with oesophagus and stomach burning, I believe this would be possible though, if consummed neat and in high quantities. For example, if someone were to drink a mug full of ACV undilluted, it's gonna burn! If this is repeated on a regular basis, yes, there will be some issues. You can add apple cider vinegar to salads or add one to two tablespoons to warm or cold water and sip it with your meal. For general benifits, I personally take 2 tablespoons in a small glass of water every morning.
