Ladies, please join me in welcoming these wonderful women to our family..

Once you've done that, I would suggest heading to the 'Getting Started' module in the classroom, the short video's will give you a quick orientation of the platform and where to find everything.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We have a Live Q&A call every other Thursday evening, it's a great opportunity to connect with like minded women and of course, ask any health & wellness questions :-)
