recording was really helpful because I realized I need to improve my posture in this wine. when I lift my chest and stop hunching, it’s harder, but I think it looks better. It also matches what I notice in the gym, that my upper traps and neck tend to take over instead of my lower traps. I think I need to focus on keeping my neck long and engaging my lower traps more. would love feedback on this😚
