Class Reschedule! Help me choose a date!
Hi my loves! I’m so sorry I’ve been AWAL but I’ve been traveling a lot and I’ve unfortunately fallen a little ill and need to get more rest than I anticipated. Let me know if you guys would like to do class this week on Saturday or Sunday at 7pm AST. Unfortunately I do have to do a majority rules for this one but all class recordings will still be sent out to you guys if you aren’t able to make it! 💛 I love yall! Please have a great week 🙏🏼

stink face practice
made some progress today for sure, i think the hardest parts are the wine up from the stoop and the doing the hands fast enough. the stretching cool down was sooo good to go through again
