Will you do skinny deals?
I’ve spoken with wholesalers who proudly say, “I ONLY do deals that make me $20K and Up.”
Here’s my take: If you dont want the skinny deal send them my way.
I'll run that skinny deal all the way to the bank!
👉 A $1K, 2k, 5k to $10K wholesale fee might not be flashy, but it’s still money in your bank, experience under your belt, and momentum in your business.
The truth is, "skinny deals" still close the gap between you and your next big one. They help:
  • Pay for marketing
  • Build your buyer list
  • Strengthen your negotiation skills
  • And most importantly — keep the pipeline moving
I’ve done deals that only netted only a.couple thousand— and I still slept like a baby. Why? Because I didn’t pass up guaranteed money chasing the unicorn.
Remember: It’s not about one big check — it’s about building consistent cash flow and stacking wins.
So the next time you’re staring down a smaller assignment fee, ask yourself: Would I rather have $0 waiting on a $20K maybe... or $5K today that I can reinvest and grow?
