Hey hey! When I tell you life has been lifing! I was excited to get back to work last month after everyone in my home was sick and exactly 2 weeks later we were all sick AGAIN!! Back this month and ready to roll up my sleeves and noticed that I’ve come back to a new challenge being started and new coaches to help us along the way. I’m happy to be back and most of all grateful to be feeling better. Let’s go close some deals 💪🏼

I recently closed another deal my 5th one actually you know how Rick says if you close 5 then you’re officially a reallll wholesaler! I’m posting this to get out of the woodworks and help others and also to learn from others that are a few steps before me!! 𝗜𝗠 𝗟𝗨𝗕𝗕𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗫, 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗/𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗢 𝗧𝗫! • slow motion is better then no motion! •practice what you preach! •stick to one-2 marketing strategies for a few months or at least put enough volume and track it to be able to make a good decision if it’s working or not! •utilize other wholesalers. Don’t be greedy ask for help! •get up early and stay consistent- not consistently inconsistent! Do the same thing everyday don’t switch up the hours put in every week and don’t switch up marketing every week!
