Hey everyone,I’ve been wholesaling single-family homes for about 3 years now. My main lead generation strategy has been cold calling lists from Xleads, and it’s been working pretty well.

Now I’m planning to branch out into wholesaling land and wanted to hear from those of you with experience in this niche:

How different is the approach compared to houses?
Do you find certain marketing channels more effective for land leads (direct mail, PPC, cold calling, etc.)?
Are there specific challenges I should be aware of when making this transition?
