One of my VAs recently brought me a hot lead. The seller’s asking price was $162k with a market value of around $204k. After a week of consistent follow-ups and negotiations, I was able to close the deal at $100k. This experience reminded me how much of a difference persistence (and the right support) makes in wholesaling. Now I’m seriously thinking about building a dedicated team that helps wholesalers generate more hot leads and close deals faster. Would anyone here be interested in something like that?

Thank you for this community! 🎉 Another $42k deal closed and I’m about to lock up a $150k house for just $10,000. Almost 2 years ago, I hit pause on everything else and went all in on what REI . It has been nothing short of life changing. For me, financial freedom isn’t just about the numbers—it’s being able to eat lunch with my kindergartener, stay home part-time with my 1-year-old, and never miss a field trip, soccer practice, or gymnastics class. That’s the true meaning of freedom. 💯

Scaling up
I'm looking to scale up my wholesaling business. I've closed a good amount of deals and am ready to hire a couple cold callers to take over my calling. I also want to start pulling more general lists from a third party so there's more volume. I wanted to ask those who are already scaling with cold callers, what platform you're using to manage them, and if it's the same platform you're using to skip trace and pull larger lists. I have been using deal machine and xleads, and both of their data is not the greatest. Whenever I pull a large list, I always have to check and edit the contact numbers to make sure they're accurate, a lot of the time they aren't at all. It takes a lot of time just sifting through data, and I'm wondering if there is a better platform/service that can pull property/contact information that is more accurate and ready to be called. Anyone have any experience/recommendations on a platform I can manage my cold callers, call from within, have call recording, and am able to pull larger lists from counties with accurate, ready to call data that I won't have to double check and edit? Thanks!

wholesaling lands
Hey everyone,I’ve been wholesaling single-family homes for about 3 years now. My main lead generation strategy has been cold calling lists from Xleads, and it’s been working pretty well. Now I’m planning to branch out into wholesaling land and wanted to hear from those of you with experience in this niche: - How different is the approach compared to houses? - Do you find certain marketing channels more effective for land leads (direct mail, PPC, cold calling, etc.)? - Are there specific challenges I should be aware of when making this transition?
