I found Max accountability Sheet so I started using it ASAP so here's the stats for today:
- Marketing Strategy used: Cold Calling
- # of calls made: 56
- # of texts sent: 2
- # of real conversations: 5
- # of offers: 2
- # of contracts signed: N/A
- # of Deals closed: N/A
- Total Assignment Fees: $0
If there is something I need to improve to get my first deal please tell me
P.S I usually make 100-150 calls but today I had a school day off so I got lazy
