Today is officially the fourth month of wholesaling. Some days are good, some days are bad, some times I'm inconsistent, and some days I'm productive like a beast, but what can I say at the end of the day, we are all humans I've started multiple businesses in the past, like dropshipping, SMMA, SAAS, Affiliate marketing, you name it, I've done it, but I've failed every single one of them just because I was inconsistent, not keeping track, & fear. BUT... this time I asked God to give me patience and make me successful in this business, cuz this time I ain't giving up -You shouldn't compare yourself to anyone; you should only compare yourself with one person, and that person is the one you were yesterday

After two weeks of steady work at my job doing 140+ hours I finally had a day off today well I woke up with a migraine gas to call in sick but I’m still putting in the work helped a friend get a piece of land in Florida that deal might close before the year ends hopefully spoke with a bunch or agents building relationships and networking tried calling some of my buyers (different states ) to just follow up with them not one of them answered got my stamp for d4d collecting dust cause I still don’t have a car yet made some offers today aswell as earlier this week all got rejected most were corporations that claim they’re firm on their price have some follow ups to do on Saturday for some sellers I spoke to today couldn’t give them an offer right away pretty much doing all that I can do with the limited time that I have just thought that I’d give an update on what I have going on idk if it’s to much or not enough to each his own but quitting ain’t an option gotta get this by any means If any one needs help I’m always down to have a conversation and do what I can do to bring someone closer to their goals feel free to dm me or comment let’s get this

Why is x-leads charging me 10$ I only bought the basic 97/mo plan but idk it keeps asking me for 10 dollars it did the same thing yesterday and same thing today
