This will be my first probate.
So I have been following up with this property for 2 months now. We have been texting and she told me in the beginning that the house was sentimental to her (which I get because she grew up there), but she is not opposed to selling it. I've been building rapport the best way I know how without being pushy ... and I feel like it has worked, because she just now text me telling me that she is coming back down to visit and would like to meet me. I'm excited but already nervous. Its been a long time coming and I REALLY want this deal.
Any tips on how I can get the agreement signed ? I don't want my nerves to get the best of me.
