šŸ›‘ Stop Confusing Activity with Accomplishment
One of the biggest traps for new (and even seasoned) wholesalers is mistaking "being busy" for actually "moving the needle".
  • Scrolling listings for hours isn’t the same as making offers.
  • Talking about wholesaling isn’t the same as locking up contracts.
  • Going to meetups is great, but if you’re not following up with sellers and buyers, you’re just networking without purpose.
šŸ‘‰ Activity = motion.
šŸ‘‰ Accomplishment = measurable progress (offers made, contracts signed, deals closed).
Ask yourself at the end of the day: "Did I get closer to closing a deal, or did I just keep myself occupied?"
Real growth comes when you focus on the few things that drive results and cut the noise.
What’s one ā€œbusyā€ activity you’ve caught yourself doing that didn’t really move your business forward?
šŸ‘‰ If this hit home, give it a like and follow so we can keep growing together and sharing real strategies that actually close deals. šŸš€
