Today is the day: Level 5
I'm going to do a little experiment. I have a the burning desire to become level 5. If thoughts create reality, I should be able to manifest it. So here is comes. Affirmation: I am worthy of becoming level 5 in the wholesaling skool community. I deserve to be level 5. Becoming level 5 will bring a great joy to my life and will provide access to more content to that will get me closer to my goals. Everyone is rooting for me to go level 5. I can feel the encouragement of my community as I approach my goal of becoming level 5, and I'm grateful for those facilitating my access to level 5.
Wow! That was quick. I reached level 5 in less than 5 minutes. Everyone is truly appreciated and much love to you. Now, allow me to illustrate the point behind this thought experiment. There is a friendly debate on this matter with another member on this community. I actually do not believe in thoughts manifesting reality just by themselves. This experiment proves that thoughts alone don't do much, unless you are unwilling to do the right actions. Yes, I absolutely wanted to achieve level 5. That's the thought. I had to do something about it. I've been posting content and adding value to the community by commenting and encouraging other members. Those are actions. What did I get in return? Much love in the form of likes and comments. I apologize if after reading this you feel trolled. That never was the intention. The intention was to share the following conclusion: Thoughts alone do nothing for you. You need to commit by doing the right actions in complete alignment with your thoughts. That's the formula. Do it long enough consistently, and I will see you at the top.
@Marc Shamus thank, Marc
✨Honest Tips and Tricks for Beginners
If you are brand new to the group or you've been here for a little while, but still trying to figure out how to get started, this are my honest recommendations. 1. Learn as much as possible: There will be some knowledge gaps. Zack and Rick can't teach everything in some cases because each state, county, and city is different. In other cases, they won't teach your some things because they have a business as well (xleads, their title company and the tax consulting firm, high ticket courses, etc.). 2. If you don't have the funds, bridge those gaps using AI: AI will tell you when and where to seek an legal and tax advice. If you have the funds, absolutely go all the way with Zack and Rick. 3. Work as you learn: Do not expect to know everything before you start implementing what you know. Allow some freedom to make mistakes and learn by doing. 4. Be careful with what you post in the community: The are tears among the wheat. Parasites that will suck the life out of your work and leave you dry. Share your successes to receive that little body of dopamine that comes with celebration. Also, share your temporary defeats, to receive appreciative and constructive feedback. But keep the details to yourself.
@Nela Vey my pleasure. I hope it serves
@Lucas Semm you got it. It is my pleasure
🤔If you don't already know by now..
With every post I share, it comes with a hidden gift. If you like and comment, as long is it substantial and rational, you get a like back. No limits. If you like and posted 100 substantial and rational comments, you get 100 likes back. So, don't shy away. Be bold

A few thoughts about the imposter syndrome
Today, a read a several community posts, and I found a common thread in a few of them. So I was moved to share this with you. I hope this can inspire you to become the person you want to be, right now. Let’s talk about the real deal-killer that nobody sees: the imposter syndrome. That voice that says: 👉 “I don’t know enough yet.” 👉 “What if they find out I’m not legit?” 👉 “I’m just lucky, not skilled.” Dr. Jessamy Hibberd’s The Imposter Cure exposes how these lies creep in and hold us back, even when we’re crushing it. The book doesn’t just describe the problem, it gives you practical tools to flip the script: ✅ Recognize that feelings ≠ facts ✅ Reframe discomfort as growth ✅ Own your wins without apology In this business, confidence closes deals, and self-doubt kills them. This book is a must read for building the mindset every wholesaler needs, especially us beginners. 💡 If you’ve ever felt like an imposter making calls, meeting sellers, or locking up contracts, this read will help you step into the role of a true professional. 👉 I highly recommend The Imposter Cure if you’re ready to silence self-doubt and play bigger in this business. 👉 If this hits home, drop a like 👍 and follow me for more content + wholesaler mindset tips.
@Jonathan Hutchins you have a heart of gold. Difficult to come by in this day and age. Never lose track of that burning desire. Never allow anyone to steal your dream. In my book, you're successful. That is because you know where you're at, but most importantly, you know where you're going. Mark the words and take them to heart. I'll see you at the top.
@Larry Niskey I wholeheartedly agree. However, we can't expect thoughts to do anything without the right actions. Yes, everything starts as a thought, an idea, but we must act accordingly. Without motion, the is no change. It's a simple mathematical principle.
