My Personal M2M Review

I just got into the M2M program and let me just give you a break down of what I see here by the little I have reviewed and watched.

When I started all the courses I took and programs I got into, not a single one gave any clarity on the numbers you are supposed to hit daily and what it would cost to hit those KPIs to get your first deal.

That is 95% of peoples problem. They do not know the numbers!!!

Business is ALL and I mean ALL about numbers!

M2M in 1 PDF document and I mean 1 lays out in detail ALL the numbers and associated costs with Hitting those numbers!

Everyone that tells you that you can start wholesaling for free is NOT lying but you cant RUN it for FREE! You can but its the same way you CAN travel from Dallas TX to Austin on Foot VS Driving down with a car. starting wholesaling and running a wholesaling business are 2 different things.

$1200/month is what you need at minimum for M2M.

215/month coaching (cheapest on the market!)
$97/month for x leads
$99/month for a dailer
$720/ month for cold callers (40hrs/week)

3 Ways you can get in to get your 1st $10-20k deal in 90 days less:

Pay $1200 out of pocket for 3 months
Partner with someone 50/50 and instantly reduce monthly in half
If you have a credit score of 650 and above get personal credit card loans or even better business credit which are at 0% interest (I can direct you how to get that if you want). Most beneficial as its 0 out of pocket expenditure.
