Today was a great day. 3rd day making calls Total calls made: 1602 Conversations: 62 Talk Time: 56:40 # of Offers: 2 Biggest Win was I used the 90% rule to give 2 people offers. One hung up on me and the other made him get an idea of what he could walk away with. BIG WIN for the follow up as he told me he got divorced and its looking like a ghost town for the reason he wants to sell and move to a smaller place. I see myself getting more confident and to be honest I realized whether its, preforeclosure, tax delinquent, or any type of violation, at the end of the day... Are they motivated to sell is the real question and I'm realizing this is a game of patience. We march on! If there is anybody local in Milwaukee, WI please reach out to me.
