So after all the analysis and all the number crunching and verifying and corroborating with ChatGPT, I scheduled 6 offer emails to go out.
(3 Cleveland, OH properties, 2 Columbus, OH properties and 1 Akron, OH property)
They are on market properties so I'm nervous/scared from all the horror stories of dealing with agents and realtors who have a negative attitude toward Wholesalers, however, I'm moving forward, past the fear, as I have been since I rededicated myself to take this thing serious come hell or high water.
