I know real estate is my thing! Vulnerable moment

This time last year my children and I were in a domestic violence shelter. Right before the attack I was nursing, working my business and networking had sellers and buyers lined up. And then our lives had flipped upside down. From that event I had amnesia. Short term memory loss, ptsd etc. I had to work hard to get my memory back and the ptsd in check. Bedside Nursing is no longer an option because of the ptsd...I gently glided back to wholesaling slowly and on a lean budget but happy to get back to it. A knock at my door at 6pm today another possible flip upside-down. The first thought after listening to what was being said was "I NEED this wholesaling business to work!! " I finally called someone who's like a brother and does creative finance for years now and who told me "don't even worry I already have a cash buyers list all over just send me deals I can sell anything!" It has to work this time!! I recognize when you're close to victory shyt happens...He's in NC so if anyone has deals let's chat
