I often have mini panic while I’m reaching out to sellers because I feel like an imposter, like I have no idea what I’m doing and I won’t be able to figure anything out, but I know that all of these negative thoughts are by design to try and keep me from doing something different with my life, so I persist anyway. Anything I don’t know now, I’ll learn as I go. I try to remind myself every day.

I have a 30 trial on batch leads which are the best list to tackle. I have 6 days to be out of my place. I need 2 contracts by the middle of October!

I like to walk for exercise but today it turned into a reverse driving for dollars day. I spoke with a few home owners out cutting grass. Spoke to a crew that was renovating a house the owner is usually on-site but left to go to home depot. One neighbor told me who all the new cash buyers on the block were and which houses were rentals. Plus 9 new local leads not to bad for a Sunday 🫡
