I built a new dispo platform for Real Estate Wholesalers - Thoughts?

Quick question for the group-

What are you guys currently using to blast deals to cash buyers? Spreadsheets? Old lists that are 50% dead? Clunky CRM’s?

I got tired of all of them and built my own dispo platform. Just looking for some feedback on it.
