Rent to own SOLD 🥷💥💰
I bought this home from a wholesaler in Alabama for 65k put 15k into renovations, did a rent to own at 1,600 per month and with a purchase price of 160k. The guy just got his own financing and finalized the deal on Wednesday. I got my funds yesterday. Net after interest to private money and concessions to buyer was 56k. 💸🚀✅

6th Wholesale Closed using X-leads 🚀
I’m excited to share that I just closed on my 6th wholesale deal last week! 🙌 This one came directly from cold calling, proof that consistency really does pay off. 📞🔥 I met with the seller and quickly realized they simply wanted a hassle-free way to walk away from the property. It needed work, and they didn’t want to deal with repairs. I took the time to show them how I arrived at my offer, explained the different ways I’d make money from the deal, and even broke down how they could do it if they wanted to. In the end, they chose the easiest route selling to me. I kept the communication clear, set expectations every step of the way, and made sure they felt comfortable through the process. Closing day went smooth, and the seller was happy. That’s what it’s all about. ☺️ On to the next one! 💪
