Who’s closed a deal in Texas?
How did you make sure your PSA and Assignemt of contract u found online followed all Texas laws and codes. I don’t want to get a deal under contract before making sure my contracts are legally secure

Math doesn’t lie, and the numbers say the more leads u call and follow up on the closer u are to your first deal being closed, you can’t stop cold calling after only 100 calls and give up

@Bryan Palacios depends on how soon they said they were looking to sell, when they give u a maybe try and get a estimated date of when they would be wanting to sell, if they say within 30days then call back everyday for a follow up, if they say 60-90 days call back everyday 2 weeks, if they say 90-180 days then call back everyday month!
