That property i found on zillow last week i ended up calling tonight and it ended up being a probate. I have to work fast though he wants to turn it over next week or they’ll start charging 1% property tax. I can go see it saturday and it really looks like it’s no competition with anyone trying to buy it anymore . Does anyone wanna look at the property at all an let me know any advice or if they would want to Jv the deal
