Another One Bites The Dust. This one was a tough deal. But I finally got it closed with the help of my VA. This was an absentee owner. I called this seller six times. The seller stopped answering my phone calls for three weeks. Then out of the blue he called me and was ready to sign the contract. This was a water shutoff deal. I acquired this from contacting the seller from my code violation list. I called my buyer that I had done business with before. He was glad to get the deal. At closing we made an assignment fee of $21,500. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to make this happen. This has been a great month for us. Giving God The Glory. That property i found on zillow last week i ended up calling tonight and it ended up being a probate. I have to work fast though he wants to turn it over next week or they’ll start charging 1% property tax. I can go see it saturday and it really looks like it’s no competition with anyone trying to buy it anymore .
