Bring dinner to Intuitive Eating Workshop tomorrow
For those of you in the Intuitive Eating Workshop, tomorrow at 7pm PDT, we’ll gather for our third session: a Mindful Dinner Practice. Please be prepared to make and bring some dinner ahead of the call and expect a mix of guided meditation, soundbath, and conscious conversation to support your nervous system and make space for intuitive awareness.

How to Find Your Dosha PDF
Hi everyone, Just a quick update for those inside the Intuitive Eating Workshop, that the “How to Find Your Dosha” PDF is now available inside Week 1 of the Intuitive Eating Workshop. This document is meant to support what we explored in our first call and meditation. Take your time with it. There’s no rush and nothing to fix. It’s simply an invitation to notice which dosha may be expressing itself most strongly for you right now and how you can support your body with more awareness and kindness. I recommend moving through it slowly and journaling anything that stands out for you. Let this be a tool for curiosity and self-understanding rather than something to “figure out.” If any reflections or questions come up, feel free to share them here in the community.
