Vegetarian substitutons
Hi, friends! Wishing you all the success in your Fit Over 40 journey. I'm almost exactly a year in, and I've maintained a 30+ pound weight loss, consistently managing nutrition, stress, hydration, muscle building, travel, and meal planning. This program continues to be such a blessing in my life.
But I would welcome your help! I would love any input vegetarians have about how they've managed protein. I'd like to switch at least one animal protein meal over to vegetarian. Any advice about high-protein vegetarian options, especially salads, especially, would be amazing!
