Today is day 70 and we’re traveling for spring break and I lost .5 today and 1.5 yesterday! This was NOT the case 3 weeks ago when I traveled for a conference (gained 3 pounds total due to underrating). But I learned, adjusted, planned ahead and advocated for myself and my health. So to anyone thinking “this is really (blanking) hard when you travel”… YOU WILL LEARN YOUR BODY! Keep going 💪🏼🫶🏼👊🏼
