Super easy tofu recipe I use for meal prep, adding protein to salads or stir fry. Many options!
Recipe:
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- Chop up into bite size cubes
- Add your favorite oil/sugar free sauces. I use soy and hot sauce
- Toss in the sauces, then cook in air fryer for 20mins at 400F.
- Voila!
Each block of tofu has 52grams of protein. I get 2 meals out of each block. Super simple and delicious!
