you don’t need my routine you need one that works for you this challenge is about being intentional not copying someone else build your routine using this pick one or more from each start your body - drink water (mandatory for everyone) - step outside - light stretch - quick walk calm your mind - 2 to 5 minutes stillness - prayer - slow breathing - sit in silence set your direction - think about your day - write your top 3 priorities - remind yourself why you’re doing this optional - train - have fruit or honey before - eat a real meal after keep it simple rules - no phone first thing - don’t rush it - be present your only goal do it every day this is how you take control of your mornings
