The Multilanguage Voice Agent
So i was working with building voice agents using Vapi and Retell and I found it very interesting. But i hit a bottleneck because the regional languages in India was not available so can someone tell me how can i incorporate the regional language into my voice agents so that it feel natural and I can sell them locally also

Connecting VAPI to various phone number
Hello there, I am actively adjusting and tweaking my VAPI agent and learning that process at the same time. I am from Asia, and can anyone let me know how do i connect any local phone number into Vapi? I have no problem adjusting the prompt for the agent and etc, just connecting it to various phone number with different country codes.

The Outbound one is proactive. It reaches out to potential clients through personalised emails, messages, and follow-ups to keep the pipeline growing. What surprised me is how sharply clients are understanding the difference and why they actually need both. One to manage incoming interest smoothly, and the other to generate new opportunities consistently. It’s a clear sign that businesses are getting serious about using AI for real growth.

Hey all, I’ve been talking to dental clinics, and a lot of them are interested in an AI receptionist that handles booking requests. Not full calendar integration, just something where a patient calls, says the preferred time, and the AI logs the request so the clinic can follow up to confirm. I spoke to a lawyer, and his advice was clear: don’t target health businesses at my stage because anything involving health data carries GDPR and compliance risks. Building production-ready workflows for dental clinics isn’t worth the legal exposure right now. So, I’m thinking of pivoting this to veterinarians. Many clinics get a lot of calls, and having an AI receptionist handle requests after hours or if calls aren’t answered quickly could be valuable. My questions for the community: 1. Is this a good niche for an AI receptionist service? 2. Are there other industries with similar needs where this could work? 3. How would you market this? My approach is results-driven: fewer no-shows, 24/7 booking requests, faster response times, not selling “tech.” Would love to hear any ideas or examples from people who’ve built similar AI-driven customer service solutions.
