I followed all the instructions given by Aston for the "Build An AI Receptionist with ElevenLabs & make For Home Services | Full Guide + Free Template" (Great guide btw) but my AI Agent can't seem to look into the calendar. Whenever I test it out and get to the point where I select a time to book it just says "I am having trouble reaching the availability tool" can anyone help?

when I am running the scenario on 11 labs I copied everything it said on the video except when i give 11 labs a prompt which is already booked it still say available. See how it runs both the top and bottom options.
