Hey everyone, I'm from India and currently building AI automations for businesses. I've already sold and implemented chat-based AI solutions locally, and now I'm looking to expand into the US/UK/Canada market. I had a few questions for those of you who have successfully built AI automation agencies: 1. Is selling AI voice agents still worth it in 2026, or is the market becoming too saturated? 2. If you were starting from scratch today, which niche would you target first and why? 3. What was the actual outreach channel that got you your first few clients? Cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, partnerships, content, referrals, etc.? 4. As someone based in India, what would you recommend as the best way to land clients in foreign markets? 5. One thing I've noticed is that business owners are getting flooded with outreach through email, DMs, and cold calls every day. How are you differentiating yourself and actually getting conversations started? 6. Are there other automation offers that you're finding easier to sell than voice agents right now? I'd really appreciate any honest insights, especially from people who have already signed multiple clients and moved beyond the beginner stage. Thanks in advance!
