We started by building and selling AI automations to local businesses in India. We tried: - Warm contacts - Cold outreach - Door-to-door visits - Different pricing approaches But we quickly noticed something frustrating: most small local businesses weren’t interested in AI automation yet, and even the businesses that showed interest felt that the price was too high. The crazy part? We were offering solutions for around $50/month. This made us realize that selling AI automation to small local businesses here may require a completely different approach. At the same time, as beginners, directly approaching larger companies without existing connections has been difficult. So we’ve decided to focus on international markets. Being based in India also makes traditional cold calling international businesses difficult, and cold DMs haven’t been getting much attention.
