Neurodivergent Vegans (and anyone who struggles advocating for your needs)!
Hello all of you beautiful, compassionate humans! I hope everyone has had a wonderful end to December😊 I am going to get right into it..... So I am diagnosed with adhd and adhd anxiety. It has come to my attention that advocating for ones needs with a new coach or nutrition expert can sometimes be challenging. I personally feel guilty if I think I am being extra by requesting a change in meal plans quickly or taking a while to get an exercise just right...... Now I have John as a coach and have realized, it is all about the approach of your coach. If they love what they are doing, they will do anything (within reason) to accommodate your specific needs as a human who wants to be the best version of yourself. I love this community because a huge message is, let us embrace who we are, we love animals, so let's love ourselves as well and create our successes in positivity...... If I haven't lost you yet, would anyone be interested in a group call discussing ways we can advocate for ourselves when connecting with a new coach and/or nutrition specialist??? This will be about connecting and encouraging each other through strategies and scenarios where we feel confident expressing our needs for success!!!!! Thanks for reading!
