You can also join 30 minutes early - as I will have the room setup and we will be co-watching videos (optional but fun!)

Can't wait to see so many new fresh faces - we will be covering Cerebral Ultrasound, Vagus Nerve Ultrasound, and touch on the Spleen as well.

Come with questions (???) and I will be dedicating some time near the 90 minute mark to take a barrage of questions.

It's going to be very fun, and we are going to do the Ultra Breath protocol - this is breathing + Ultrasound on the Vagus Nerve (prepare to have you Parasympathetic system fully activated within a 10 minute window - it's INSANE ! (and this practice is why I got into the Vagus Nerve at all in the first place.)
