I'm just watching the video now, excellent resource! The past couple of weeks I've been slathering the gel on my neck, sometimes right before bed, only 5 minutes, only level 1 on the us 1000, and I have not had any real insomnia on those days. Normally I have insomina at least 2 times a week. The worst I've had (using the us1000) is maybe a 6-6.5 hour night. I need to start tracking this, and following the guidlines in the video, thanks!
