Realtor Ad keeps attracting homebuyers instead
I've tested three different versions of a real estate ad designed to attract Realtors to my agency—but every time, it ends up bringing in home buyers instead.
Here’s what I’ve already done to keep the messaging Realtor-specific:
  1. Clear hook and CTA: Each ad explicitly calls out the audience — e.g. “Realtors: Get Your Realtor Chatbot”.
  2. Direct opening line: The first line always addresses Realtors directly — e.g. “Are you a Realtor?” or “Dear Real Estate Broker,”.
  3. Creative testing: I’ve tried multiple ad variations targeting Realtors and ran them through Ad Critic for feedback to ensure it would not be mistaken as an ad for homebuyers.
  4. Aligned landing page: The landing page copy and visuals also speak directly to Realtors.
I know we aren't suppose to use detailed targeting with the Andromeda update, but I’m still seeing Facebook deliver these ads primarily to home buyers.
Question: What else can I do to improve this B2B ad and better “force” Facebook to recognize it’s intended for Realtors—not consumers?
