Your impact matters

I am still walking on cloud nine from meeting so many amazing people in person at the New York City Experience Mastermind in Atlanta and talking back and forth with them. Something that has come up is that they have already impacted my life so much just by their presence, living by their values, and seeing their virtue.

I think that we forget that people are watching and people are observant of how we behave and how we act. Your behavior will impact others and when you're a leader it all begins with you and your example is seen.
